We build with our own in-house crews and supervise with an engineer dedicated to your project alone. A programme with milestone dates written into the contract, a weekly photo report wherever you are, and one party answerable for everything.

Build stages
From site handover to key handover
The duration is fixed in the contract after the visit. A three-bedroom apartment usually takes six to ten weeks after the design is approved; a villa fourteen to twenty-four.

Protecting existing surfaces, setting up work routes, and delivering the first material batch.

First fix
Electrical, plumbing and HVAC to the design drawings, inspected before closing up.

Finishes
Gypsum, floors, paint and lighting, sequenced so nothing has to be redone.

Installation and handover
Joinery installed, a final clean, the handover walk-through, then the warranty.
Fees and terms
How the build is priced
The build is priced with a line-by-line bill of quantities once the design is approved, never as an opaque lump sum. Any change during the works is issued as a priced variation order that you sign before it is carried out.

About this service — Execution and supervision
Yes. We review the drawings technically, prepare a bill of quantities, and build with the same supervision we give our own designs.
Every change is issued as a written variation order stating its effect on price and programme, and is not carried out until you sign it.
Yes, a one-year warranty on the workmanship, in addition to the suppliers' own warranties on equipment and materials.
Our in-house crews work on site, and the project engineer visits, documents and issues the weekly report.
