We do not buy a material you have not seen. The physical sample is shown before purchase and every material is named with its supplier in the contract, so nothing is substituted after signing without your knowledge.

We use the best finishing alternatives available in the Saudi market — chipboard, timber, profile and marble alternatives — alongside natural materials when requested. All are durable and competitively priced, and are selected to suit the project and the budget.
Yes. We assess what can be kept, set a programme that lets you keep living or trading there as far as possible, and screen off the work areas.
Yes, with a bill of quantities priced line by line. If there are no drawings, we produce short working drawings sufficient to control the work.
It depends on the area and the scope. Refurbishing one space is measured in weeks and a whole home in months; the duration is written into the contract as milestone dates.
