Design stages
Four stages, four sign-offs
A residential design usually takes three to five weeks from the first visit to the final file. No stage begins before the one before it is approved.

An accurate measured survey, photos of the existing condition, and a conversation about needs and budget.

A mood board, a material board and two layout options. You choose the direction here.

Detailed design
3D visuals, lighting drawings and joinery details.

Approval and handover to build
The final file and the bill of quantities, then a build quotation if you want us to deliver it.
Fees and terms
How the design fee is calculated
The design fee is calculated per square metre according to the type of space and the scope, and is fixed after the first visit. If you choose us to build the design, the full design fee is deducted from the build contract.

About this service — Interior design
An apartment takes three to four weeks and a villa four to six, from the first visit to the final file, depending on how quickly each stage is approved.
Yes. The final file is issued in a form any contractor can build from, including material schedules and shop drawings. In that case the design fee is not deducted.
Yes. We design a single space or a whole home. The minimum project size is agreed at the first consultation according to scope.
Two rounds at concept stage and two at detailed design are included in the fee. Anything beyond that is charged hourly and agreed in advance.
